When I read the letter, I thought someone in that company must be shaking her/his head and muttering &quot;I told you so.&quot; Listen to donors, AND listen to voices of dissent/differing opinions in your organization. They may not always be right, but they will make you think through your reasoning and decisions. And if you&#039;re someone with a differing opinion, don&#039;t be afraid to speak up. Otherwise, you may be stuck writing your boss&#039; mea culpa (not to mention a cover letter and resume).</description>
